The Safer Home Evaluation provides reports for three sections of the Victorian Rental Reform which allows you to offer your Rental Providers a complete service.

The reports can be purchased all-in-one or separately as required. The inspections are conducted by licensed gas plumbers, electricians, and experienced safety inspectors. Once completed, the reports specify all areas that don’t comply to the rental minimum standards or safety checks set by the legislation and recommend actions so the rental meets regulatory requirements.

Assesses alarms are in working condition and positioned correctly
