Inspectors will follow the recommended COVID hygiene practices during the inspection as advised by government bodies.
Our inspectors have been double vaccinated and have their certificates available if you wish to view them.
Whilst the inspectors are on site they will adhere to the physical distancing measures.
If an inspector is feeling unwell or has been in close proximity with a positive contact, they are required to isolate and return a negative test before they can resume work. Similarly, we request that you advise us if you are unwell or are isolating.
If you have a scheduled inspection, or we have recently attended your property in the last fourteen days, we request that you please notify us immediately if you are self-isolating due to an actual or suspected exposure to a known case of COVID-19. This is so we can reschedule the inspection or take precautions with the inspector who attended.
