  • PropertySafe offers specialised expertise and a comprehensive scope compared to a standard routine inspection. Our inspectors are equipped with specific training and tools, and evaluate compliance to the legislated minimum housing standards. They also aim to identify any potential high-risk safety hazards that may be present and not visible on the surface.

  • We would advise against this approach due a couple of details in the legislation which could leave you exposed to contract breaches and financial compensation claims.

The term “structurally sound” could include issues that may not be clearly visible and can be subjective.

It is always best to be cautious and bring in the professionals if you are even a little unsure.

  • No, this inspection checks against the prescribed minimum housing standards and identifies potential high-risk safety hazards.

  • To order, send through a Booking Enquiry and we will be in touch to discuss payment options. If the booking is made through a Property Manager we can send an invoice to be paid via trust.
